1985年の『Southern Accents』発売に合わせた全米ツアーから、ロサンゼルスの Wiltern Theatre でのライヴ。アルバムのレコーディング中に、ストレスから左手の拳を骨折して「再起不能か？」と囁やかれた Tom Petty が、久々のツアーで元気な姿を見せています。
若々しくてエネルギッシュ、そして何よりステージに立てることを楽しんでいる TP&HB の様子が伝わってきます。彼らのヒット曲だけでなく、ステージで好んで取り上げるカヴァー曲も加わった全16曲。ホーンセクション導入により、彼らにしては珍しいサウンド。
