Tom Petty の作品を集大成する全60曲のコンピレーション・ボックス・セット。

制作はTPの長女 Adria Petty の発案から始まり、妻の Dana Petty、Mike Campbell、Benmont Tench、Ryan Ulyate が参加して、残された膨大な録音素材からTPのソングライター、パフォーマーとしての魅力にあふれているものを厳選したとのことです。

収録内容は、完全な未発表曲が9曲、既発表曲の2018年リマスター版が19曲、既発表曲の別テイクが17曲、ライヴ版が15曲。リマスターは Ulyate 立ち会いのもと、Bernie Grundman Mastering で Chris Bellman の手によって行われました。
